You deserve better sex

Let us show you how with

Female Health Education’s

Sexual Wellness Workshop

OUR WORKSHOP:

With a combined 30+ years as OBGYNs, we’ve created this resource to help improve your sex life. This is information you will not get in a doctor’s office! There are too many time constraints in our current medical system. While we love being physicians, medicine (especially sexual medicine) is failing our patients.

We’ve spent years listening, learning, and creating a resource to fill in the gaps of what is missing in your doctors’ visit.

WORKSHOP DETAILS:

  • 8 weeks. 6 core topics covered over 15 lessons.

  • More than 5.5 hours of digital content with PDF summaries and worksheets for each lesson.

  • We recommend setting aside about 1 hour each week to complete the lesson and worksheet “homework”. Weekly motivation from us keeps you on track (but also - NO PRESSURE! It’s ok to work at your own pace too!)

What you will learn:

  • Libido

Our Sexual Brain impacts every aspect of libido. We cover how stress, mental health, hormones, medications, gender differences, cultural message, and body image all interfere … and how to work on them to improve libido!

  • Pain with Sex

A comprehensive review of reasons people have pain with sex. Tips to troubleshooting pain with sex on your own. Concrete ways to approach this topic with your doctor to get results!

  • Vaginal Dryness

and no, the answer is not simply “use more lube”

  • Orgasm

There are multiple factors that cause problems with orgasm. These are discussed and specific, actionable items are given to help overcome them.

  • Sex Toys

Lubes, vibrators, and other sex toys are reviewed. The medical literature is reviewed. We show you how to incorporate toys into your sex life in a safe and fun way.

  • Medications + Supplements

In depth review of supplements and prescription medication for sexual dysfunction. Includes common brands and supplements with data on if they actually help; FDA approved options as well as off label use (example: did you know one commonly used antidepressant is sometimes used to enhance libido?)
